Power Learning Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated training company based in Clermont, Central Queensland to provide your training and assessment requirements across mining, construction, civil, rural, community services and business administration.
Elda Johnson and Laurette (Lou) Power are the Director / Trainer Assessors of Power Learning which is 51% indigenous owned, operating with third-party agreements from several Registered Training Organisations and offering a broad range of courses creating pathways which lead to nationally recognised qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
Our friendly and professional trainer assessors who are dedicated and experienced can travel to your workplace or venue within Queensland to deliver training courses. We find this face to face approach optimal for coaching and mentoring participants on their path to achieving valuable knowledge and skills for the future, providing greater flexibility and practical applications in learning environments.
We are passionate about adult training and education and adapt our program delivery for the principles of adult learning, including practical activities to increase and use participants prior knowledge, experience and skills which can be applied immediately, giving them the ability to operate more effectively and efficiently in the workplace.
Power Learning also offers participants additional individual support if required to help them through their learning experience, creating a comfortable environment in which to gain full understanding of their topics and achieve their learning goals.
